Hi, I’m Laken!

I’m a working mom of three (almost four!) girls, a pastor’s wife, and the hands behind The Cozy Crumb. Life in our home is full, busy, and loud in the best way. Baking has become my quiet place to create something meaningful.

After being diagnosed with celiac disease over 10 years ago, and recently navigating two of our girls receiving the same diagnosis, gluten-free baking became deeply personal for our family. What started as a way to create safe, delicious breads for our table has grown into this little business I now get to share with you.

Every loaf, roll, and treat that comes out of my kitchen is made from scratch using my own custom blend of whole grain gluten-free flours. No box mixes. No shortcuts. Just real, carefully crafted baking that is 100% gluten-free.

The Cozy Crumb is about bringing warmth, trust, and joy back to your table for your whole family. Because you deserve safe baked goods that feel like home.
